Aoson’s M7L tablet makes a quick splash landing, has nothing to hide

Just two months ago to be exact we were with Aoson’s first dual-core tablet, the M11. Seems we were right: folks at Aoson are proving not to be the ‘end it there’ type. Toting a new 7 incher it calls the M7L, and somehow we’ve managed to bring it all the way across the river at the probing Merimobiles offices. Interestingly enough, although not incredibly exciting, the filing reveals Aoson’s M7L tablet supports 3G which in theory should give it clearance to dock through most international third-gen networks without any hiccups. It also supports 3D accelerated hardware, up to 1080P decoding.

The newly shipping model uses a 7-inch, 800 × 480 pixels display that of course is quite familiar already, and a blissful world of Android 4.0. We’d put it that the M7L is slightly less arson compared to its M11 ancestor through a faster 1.4GHz Quad Core Mali 400 processor. However, sports a Rockchip’s RK2906 1GHz GPU, 512MB DDR3 memory, retains that 8GB hard drive capacity, HDMI HD output function and integrated dual-channel surround sound speaker and microphone. The Aoson M7L comes in selectable classic colors, this one is in tarnish. The 499 yuan currently asking makes this Aoson’s new offering a good bargain, how about wait until Meri’s listing — you never know what to expect.
